I've spent 25 years in dentistry — as a clinician, an educator, an operations director, and a Senior Hygiene Director leading a hygiene department within a DSO. I've been the CEO's right hand, led an operating system rollout from the ground up, and helped build departments and companies from scratch.
I'm also the founder of Chairside Collaborative, where I coach dental practices through the exact challenges leaders navigate every day: alignment, accountability, culture, and growth.
My coaching philosophy is simple: leadership isn't about having a title. It's about clarity, ownership, and the willingness to grow in public. I don't hand people scripts — I help them build the judgment to lead their own way.
